1. Shipping method
Shipping options may vary depending on the delivery address, the time of your purchase and the availability of the items.
When processing your purchase, we will show you the shipping methods available, the cost and the delivery date of your order.
Please note that deliveries are only made on working days.
Our delivery options are
Home delivery:
Standard delivery EUROPE – 15€| Estimated delivery time between 2-4 working days, Portugal and European Community
Standard UK delivery – 50€ | Estimated delivery time is between 5-7 working days, depending on the delivery address.
Standard delivery WORLD – 80€ | Estimated delivery time between 7-15 working days, depending on delivery address.
2. Order Status
You will receive updates on the status of your order by email.
You can also access this information in the “my account” section. If you are not registered, click on the “Order Information” link in the confirmation e-mail to follow up.
3. Restrictions
At www.hexaboards.com we try to reach everyone. If your delivery address has any shipping restrictions, you can see them when you make your purchase.
RETURNS
1. Return of Defective Products
The customer is entitled to a refund if the products supplied are found to be defective or otherwise non-compliant with the items ordered.
Returns can be made within 30 days of notification of the defect and the product must retain its identification label. The seller will analyse the returned product and inform you of your right to a refund (if applicable). As a rule, the seller will make the refund within 10 working days and, in any case, within 30 days of the date of the e-mail confirmation of the right to a refund.
If the defect or non-conformity is confirmed as the reason for the return, the full amount paid will be refunded.
The amount paid will always be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase.
These provisions do not affect your statutory rights.
2. Return due to withdrawal
If the customer is not satisfied with the products supplied, they can return them within 30 calendar days of receipt. As a rule, the seller will issue a refund within 10 working days and, in any case, within 30 days from the date of confirmation via e-mail of the right to a refund.
